Accessibility statement
FeedCue is meant to be usable by everyone who runs, manages or watches a screen with it. We build our websites and consoles to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), and we adopt Level AAA success criteria where they are practical.
Scope
- This marketing website.
- The FeedCue operator console and vendor console (web).
- The FeedCue Pi kiosk control screen.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator, and offers a skip link.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast (and AAA for body text) in both the light and dark themes, which follow your system setting.
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and announced status messages so screen readers can navigate them.
- Motion respects the “reduce motion” system setting, and moving content can be paused.
- Pages reflow on small screens and can be zoomed.
- Automated accessibility checks run as part of our test suite on every change.
Current status and known limitations
We have not yet had these sites independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance. Our own review found and fixed a number of issues, and we are aware of these remaining limitations:
- The FeedCue Pi kiosk screen is a fixed-size touchscreen layout and does not reflow at 400% zoom.
- The operator console Board screen is built with JavaScript and has not yet been tested across all screen-reader and browser combinations.
- Content that customers upload or display on their own screens is their responsibility.
